”This place was ok for our one night stay before catching a ferry to Isla Mujeres, but would not have wanted to stay much longer. The room wasn’t in very good condition and it was a bit dirty, stains on sheets and curtains, ac leaked and shower was a bit shady. However the service was very kind and it was nice to get a small breakfast with the ocean view!”

”Service and overall facility was excellent. The staff are all really friendly and go our of their way to make the stay enjoyable. They are not overly intrusive which gave us the privacy we were looking for. ”

”Our stay was disappointing. There were ants in the room, which was very unpleasant. Some of the restaurant staff were also unfriendly and not very welcoming. Unfortunately, I was also injured during the trip, which made the experience even worse. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations.”

”Everything about Atelier was exceptional. We highly recommend. The service really exceeded expectations. The food was outstanding too. For the morning buffet the servers would walk around with pastries fresh out of the oven. The warm chocolate croissants were to die for! The grounds were beautiful and everything was so well maintained. ”

”We only stayed one night before flying back to Mexico City, when I booked the room it stated that the room would have a view to city and also free internet connection, we got neither. Window was faced to the corridor so it was very dark. Also service was so slow it kind of felt like we were not wanted there. There was only one shower towel in the room and when I asked for an extra towel I felt like I was asking for them to lick my toes or something. The breakfast was very poor so I definetely do...
