”The accommodations were worth the price, and the hotel service was good. But pass on the restaurant in the evening. It is not where you want to be waiting for food after trekking all day. The staff is nice, is very nice, but insufficient, and I waited 90 minutes for my simple meal on the terrace. Also, there is major construction next door with heavy equipment on the adjacent wall — not relaxing. I suspect this work will be done by summer, 2026. ”

”Short but comfortable stay here! The front desk was really helpful with arranging our boat tickets to Santa Cruz for the following day. Additionally, they came in early at 6am to help us with our bags, escorted us to the dock nearby, and packed a small bag of breakfast for us to have on the boat! We really appreciated that service! ”

”Very well priced, only draw back, no view at the location. But it is a short walk down to the bay area. Less than 10 minutes. Some parts of town and streets could be better maintained but it has the feel of a small town in an isolated area on an island. Many food choices a few blocks away lots of tour shops, Hotel is quiet and well maintained. Owners got us a discount on the land tour. ”

Short walk to the pier but far enough that it’s very quiet at night.
Comfy bed, good AC!
