âApartment was easy to find, big and airy with great views. The pool was marvelous! The downside is the lack of good restaurants in the area. Had to Uber to find good food. Also it felt somewhat unsafe at night walking in the area alone. I would suggest taking a cab if you need to venture out by yourself. Overall this was a great choice for conference-attendees and anyone who likes to swim/sunbathe and self-cater.â

âProperty is about twenty minutes by cab to tourist destinations. Some nice eating and drinking places around property visited by locals. Bathroom toilet didnât work and we were not able to get it fixed even though we stayed for three nights. Also, the sliding door to patio was very very difficult to open as if it hadnât been opened for a while. After opening and closing numerous times, it worked fine. â

âWe are a retired couple that stayed here in October 2022. At that time they processed a security deposit on our credit card. We left the apartment in great condition. We have yet to see the refund to our credit card. I have contacted them four times and they said they were sorry and they would let me know when the refund is processed. I am still waiting.â

âI chose to stay in a more local side of town for this trip to Barcelona and this place did not disappoint. Photos match the unit. Bedrooms are nice size AND has a beautiful terrace outback. About a seven minute walk to the metro, which is only two stops from P.de Gracia. Air-conditioning did not blow ice cold, but it did keep the unit cool. Situated in a quiet local side of town no loud tourist or anything like that to worry about.. some mild construction was going on right on the street in...
