”Horrific experience. My entire trip was ruined because of one night's stay at Woodstock.
There is no hot water here and the water is incredibly dirty, I fell sick the next day and was sick for my entire trip after this horrible hotel. Absolute garbage in every way, which is consistent with all Polo Tower properties.

”An unnecessary amount was asked at the time of check-in which was no where mentioned at the time of booking. There was no water and electricity available in the morning. We were told that electricity is out but the 'aquarium' placed at the counter was ON ALONG WITH THE LIGHTS IN THE ALLEY so basically they are just DECEIVING the customers that electricity is not available while they had DELIBERATELY switched it OFF.

”It was the most horrible experince, i had travelled with whole pack of family including 78 years old grand parents and 4 years old minor, where i had to remain awake for the whole night since 10.00pm the whole hotel was black out till 7.30 am.
