”Parking was safe, gym was clean, pool was clean & our room was very clean. Staff was amazing and accommodating with our needs. And they let us check out late. I will definitely be visiting again soon”

”Very strong odor throughout the property all throughout different floors/hallways/room. It was a persistent odor that smelled like a mix of grease and pungent food smells. The room itself smelled weird as well almost like stale something, which made me question the cleanliness. The pool was under renovation, lots of areas of the property looked rundown. Walls cut with exposed pipes and the lobby restrooms both stated out of order. It felt more like a motel, thankfully I was not staying alone...

”Hot tub wasn't working, I cut my foot on my bottom of the hot tub. The power went out for about 5-10 mins. You have to pay almost $20 a person for breakfast that wasn't worth it!! Very unhappy stay! ”

”I really enjoyed my stay at Doubletree Downers Grove. The hotel was clean, updated, the beds were super comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Great gym and pool. I travel for work and plan to make this my first stop moving forward. Lovely!”

”I forgot to put the tag on my door handle, so the housekeeper started banging on my door at 8:30am on a Saturday! Not just once, but several times so that I had to get out of bed to tell her I was still sleeping! That was incredibly rude, and I couldn't get back to sleep. Terrible. The check in guy was really nice though.”
