"Found a live roach sitting on my toilet and the toilet flushes very slow. Toilet overflowed and ask ed for a new room. They didn’t give me a new room and just plunged and mopped the floor. Left a day early and would not refund me for the day we didn’t use. Very poor business move."

"Sweet little place. Very quiet. The hotel is impeccably clean. The staff was also welcoming. The only drawback was that it is a two story hotel and there is not an elevator.
