”Very clean, friendly staff, basic breakfast”

”Room very basic, tired, dated. Smelt like strong bleach. Furniture scuffed. No wardrobe or drawers for clothes. Shower was hot and powerful though”

”Car parking was convenient. Bed was comfortable. Storage facilities were a bit basic but ok for a night or two. Didn’t try dinner but breakfast ok”

”The hotel was good and clean with the rooms being of a good standard. One or two things could be better. The evacuation details on the back of the door was quite high up and small. This made it very difficult to read as I am only 5ft 6in tall. This became important as around 8.30pm there was a fire alarm. We found our way to the front of the hotel where most of the occupants were gathered. The was no role call to check if we all there. After about half an hour, we were told that it must be a...

”Hotel was over booked, they did not respect my room. Booked me into another hotel.”

”Property was in a nice location next to small river. Room was dated…patio door fell off hinges when opened, headboards were in rough shape, toilet wouldn’t flush and had to fix myself. For some reason ours was the only room without card entry which was a bit of a pain! Also beds really firm. The front desk staff were helpful as much as possible. Restaurant was quite good. Overall was ok for what we payed. ”
