”I needed a place to stay for one night after an evening event in Scunthorpe. Gary and Sue were welcoming and most accommodating to my need for a late evening return. Good clean room with iron and tea made available. Well worth the money.”

”The location was good, though parking was difficult in the back alley. The room was quite hot, even on a cool day, and were it not for the ability to open the window and use a fan (already in the room) it would have been very comfortable. The condition of the room - new and clean - was very good.”

I phoned to say that I would be late for final check in (10pm) and Alexandra, the lovely lady on the front desk, made sure I was checked in dignity and made me feel so safe about arriving late. This was my second time visiting The Swan for work trips to Blyton Park track. Couldn’t recommend this B&B enough. Perfect for solo female travellers.”

”While the room was cheap it wasn’t very clean the shower was filthy the windows was filthy the vinyl the soap dispensers was very dirty, had a hand towel with the edges all frailed at the ends no light as you come out the room onto the landing I was left a soft brown banana that was left for the breakfast two days in a row and a slight brown apple . The breakfast sandwich was a cold defrosted bacon and sausage sandwich with the date it was frozen or defrosted on it I can’t remember. I’ve stayed...

”Was very clean. Had a separate kitchen with microwave, fridge and a small dining table. A bedroom with double bed and it was comfortable too! Nothing bad to say.”

”Great location for exploring south east Yorkshire. We stayed just one night on a trip to Spurn Point, but so enjoyed Paull Farm that we are thinking about when we could return, stay longer and explore further. The room was well equipped, comfortable and beautifully clean. The separate "DIY" breakfast room was a great facility allowing us to choose when to have breakfast and build ourselves an excellent continental style breakfast.
