”My recent stay at Turf Valley Resort was disappointing. The first issue was finding a spider on the ceiling of my room, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.

”Clean and good-sized rooms. Nice pool and very comfortable beds.
The most outstanding feature was the chef and the breakfast. Chef Nell and Edwin were wonderfully welcoming and attentive and the breakfast was great.
Other staff were just OK. Reception desk seemed stressed and/or under-staffed. Housekeeping did not attend to our room at all during our 2-night stay and we had to request towels twice.
But overall excellent value and would recommend to others.”

”The A/C did not work in our room, after almost 2 hours, they moved us to a new room, which was ice cold, better flooring, better tv, and within the time it took us to unpack(again) after having unpacked and packed back up to move, they told us that the room we were in was already taken. So we had to pack up and move AGAIN! And the desk manager just walked up and SNATCHED the room key out of my wife’s hand when she was down there returning the keys from our first room. She didn’t say anything but...
