âNegative points Broken bathroom fittings. Tired hotel. Dark rooms with musty smell. This hotel needs a refurbishment.
Taps need to be combined. Carpets needs replacing.
Good points are helpful staff.. Friendly.. Gave us extra pillows. Quiet and peaceful. Rooms are good sized. â

âThis was the second time to visit The Blue Boar. They had a problem beyond their control in that the boiler broke so we had three dsys with no hot water . The rest of our stay was great . Steve front of house manager was great and keeps things running like clockwork. Lucas the barman is an asset to the establishment what an absolutely nice person . We were wonderfully greated by Roxy a waitress who remembered us from our previous stay . All in all a great three day's and I'm sure in time we...
