”Bladimir was very helpful and communicative. My daughter and nephew stayed here for a concert at UBS arena, and we chose the property for its location. It was the perfect choice, it was very walkable. The apartment was mostly as pictured. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was nice and clean. The only complaint was the lack of air conditioning. There were plenty of fans which ultimately made it tolerable. If I were to attend and event at UBS, I would definitely book this...

”The unit itself was somewhat clean aside from visible roaches described below. The bathroom was updated. A microwave small refrigerator and a full-size stove were provided and worked as expected. However, I had significant safety and habitability concerns. The bedroom had no exterior window or door that could serve as an emergency escape route. As a licensed and previous certified Firefighter/Paramedic this was of great safety concern. The only normal exit I observed was the entrance door,...

”Basic apartment with no closet or place where you can place your clothes.
If you don't mind keeping your staff in side your luggage, then it's just fine.
Very noisy hotel. Every noise from outside your room sounds like it's coming from your own. ”

”A very large and spacious apartment - plenty of room for a family of four (could sleep six), a fantastic base for a sightseeing trip in NYC. Plenty of shops and amenities nearby, a five minute walk to the subway and a ten minute walk to Central Park. Communication with the host was excellent and the use of Door app for entry and access to a luggage holding room for our arrival/departure days meant we could make the most of our time in the city. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here...

”The central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind.
The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the facilities felt a bit old, and there were some stains on the carpet and bedding. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it.”
