”The only thing was the smoke detector was chirping all day and night (room 326). Lloy-Ann replaced the battery and it didn't help. She did offer to switch out our room, but we declined. Otherwise, we loved our stay. That's our hotel any time we are in White Plains, NY, for a church convention. We highly recommend. Thank you, Baymont by Windham staff. God bless you. Keep up the great work.”

”I wish I’d stayed for a week so I could’ve hiked and swam in the lake. Instead, I was there for a weekend so we took advantage of the bar and the silence of the woods by simply walking through.
The staff we met were wonderful: Sean at check-in is gregarious and kind; Beth in the bar is efficient and friendly, as were both bartenders named Mike.”

”The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The fridge was cold. The shower was clean; however, it would sporadically switch between scalding hot water and cold water. The property itself was less tha desirable but what we expected after looking into the motel. The air conditioner was not powerful to keep the room as cool as we prefer for sleeping but it did at least work. Overall we were happy to have a clean and mostly comfortable place to sleep that was close to where we needed to be...

”The laundry is very expensive and yet make like huge bangs, it was 10$ to do one run. Also the room of the bathroom was missing the mirror and the staff pretended not knowing about it. It seems that property is under construction. There is no elevator from the lobby and sometimes elevator was not working or going to floors that nobody were there. It was strange. Overal poor for the price.”
