âMy daughter and I had a great stay. The rooms are small but nice. The bed was comfortable, the room was pretty quiet even though we were next to the elevator. My only complaint would be that the room was very bright even with the blackout curtains but nothing a sleep mask couldnât fix. However, what stood out the most was the employees. Everyone that we encountered at Mount Alverno was so friendly and accommodating. They made sure that we were had whatever we needed fo our stay. It made...

âOur first time in Kitchener and we were ,looking for a place to stay for a couple of night close to the hospital. Judging from te reviews, we decided to book. Great choice! The place was very clean, staff super nice and accommodating (we had to extend our stay due to unexpected circumstances and a snow storm) Hot breakfast and coffee and all at a great price. Highly recommend!â
