The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

Ihana, tunnelmallinen hotelli! Todella siisti ja henkilökunta ystÀvÀllistÀ. Iso miinus aamupalasta ja ruoasta. Aamupala oli todella niukka, olematon.

The only downside to the hotel is the lack of parking. Whilst you can pre-book reserved parking at the railway station it's a 5 minute walk away, so not ideal with luggage, particularly if it's raining. The breakfast menu was full of choice. The cooked breakfast was nicely cooked. However the tea and coffee was from a machine and the water was not hot enough. The waitress , however boiled a kettle and made a lovely fresh one.
