”Good stay”

”The hotel was clean and new. However, service was not good. I needed to call the reception and had to speak to a bot who could not understand my request and could not speak with a real person. We ordered room service which was totally overpriced. A small burger came in a plastic container with wobbly plastic cutlery.”

”The staff was mostly efficient and friendly - but forgot to advise that you need to place remove the Do Not Disturb sign from the door by 9:00 am to indicate that you need housekeeping services. We were on the 4th floor and there was a distinct offensive odor on the floor - perhaps the carpeting - which was consistently there during our two day stay. The shower head in the lovely walk-in shower fell off midstream; and the water pressure wasn't great. Nevertheless, the room was spacious and...

”Beautiful property, with spa, gym, and seasonal outdoor pool. Rooftop Japanese fusion bar/restaurant and lobby bar with afternoon tea service and cafe. Didn’t get a chance to try 2nd floor breakfast but it was in a nice airy space. Room service is the same high quality as the food in the lobby. Would definitely stay again! ”

”I was directed to this property as a hub for experiencing what Washington DC and Northern Virginia have to offer because of it's centrality and proximity to public transportation. It was excellent logistically but lacked in other comforts. If you're traveling aline, freat. With a spouse, so-so. With a family, definitely not as there is ZERO privacy for whatever gets done in restrooms if you get the picture. Staff was friendly and gelpful. Exercise toom small but modern eith everything...

”The hotel was very nice and clean. There are some signs of slight age but most hotels do. Overall the hotel looks modern and definitely clean. The staff were all nice and took care of us from the moment we stepped in the front desk area. Room was great, clean, neat, and comfortable, water pressure was perfect as well. Location is close to lots of restaurant choices, places to drink, two stadiums, and the metro station. ”
