Location is fab and staff helpful. We arrived at 2am and needed an extra duvet, no one at reception. Waited 10 min and the staff came from outside - empty reception at night even for a moment does not feel completely safe. Small apartment as expected in London, doors had marks from handles as they have crashed into each other, this could be fixed. Still, because of rate and location I would recommend. Thumbs up for wooden floors.

"What a lovely hotel. Free parking after 6pm. Check in staff friendly. Gym small, but ok for a quick workout. Restaurant a real treat with fantastic views. Noisy through the night with guests coming back but this happens all the time in hotels as guests get drunk and are not respectful. Spoke to reception ..."
