”Room smelled like dog pee”

”The room key machine was broken, and staff had to escort guests to our rooms during our stay, every time we left the room. The machine had been down 5 days according to staff. That's really not acceptable. A problem is understandable, but 5 days? There were no security checks, staff just asked your room number and walked you there without confirming that is your room. Poor way to handle the situation. ”

”Hotel was a dated, but the rooms were large and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good with a nice variety of selections. It is in a safe area, the only thing i would say is the property is right off the highway, so my room was on the side facing the highway. It was a bit noisy when trying to sleep. ”Be careful with your belongings!!! The manager opened my door while I was in the bed!!! Never knocked!!! I got up she closed the door then asked if I need service!!! Never again will I stay or recommend anyone too. Because if I wasn’t in my room no telling what she may have stole or even planted in there”

”The air-conditioning did not work. The unit was dirty and smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking unit. The toilet seat was broken and held on with only one bolt. There were no glasses provided in in the room. They did not have a replacement room. We were forced to find a different hotel. Told us we could only get back our deposit. The agent was rude considering the service.”

As a bonus, you can find all the disgusting things you've ever wanted at this "hotel!" The photos are lies. If you go in expecting to sleep in a disease-ridden dumpster, then you're good to go!
