”100% this is Expedias fault. I had a confirmation number for my stay. When I arrived the Hotel had no information in regards to my stay. They were at capacity and I had no choice but to leave. Driving home 4 + hours in the middle of the night. Thanks Expedia for the terrible experience. I will never use the services again. I will specifically through IHG going forward. Bianca, thank you for your help. This is not on IHG. This is a cluster by Expedia.”

”Absolutely loved my stay here! The rooms were spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire team went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again! Highly recommend.”

”Unfortunately I will not be back. The driveway was hard to find and you have to drive through the parking lot for a gas station to get in, and the rest of the accessible entrances are walled off. Upon arrival, the front desk was empty, telling guests to call a number to get someone’s attention. They did have a nice welcome non alcoholic drink and a cool towel. But then the attendant was a bit too enthusiastic with my bag when I told them multiple times I was fine carrying it-then followed me...
