”100% this is Expedias fault. I had a confirmation number for my stay. When I arrived the Hotel had no information in regards to my stay. They were at capacity and I had no choice but to leave. Driving home 4 + hours in the middle of the night. Thanks Expedia for the terrible experience. I will never use the services again. I will specifically through IHG going forward. ”Unfortunately I will not be back. The driveway was hard to find and you have to drive through the parking lot for a gas station to get in, and the rest of the accessible entrances are walled off. Upon arrival, the front desk was empty, telling guests to call a number to get someone’s attention. They did have a nice welcome non alcoholic drink and a cool towel.
