”We absolutely loved the place. Hosts put so much thought into making the place feel like a tropical paradise. It is cozy but spacious enough for a family. The outside patio and hot tub were our favorites! Location is superb - we went kayaking in Don Pedro park, and to the beach in Boca Grande, both very short drives away. Katja was exceptional with her communication and responsiveness. We 100% recommend the place. ”

”We were staying for work and found ourselves very disappointed with the unit. Communication was almost null and extremely delayed. Appliances did not work properly, they need to be periodically inspected. There is no way to control temperatures and we found ourselves waking up sweating after a 12hr. shift at the hospital taking care of the community’s health needs. It became very frustrating to finally communicate with the service and to never receive any solutions nor call backs to our basic...

”It was great, close to all amenities, quiet and comfortable and since the property manager lived nearby was even better.”

”The outside property was very spacious with a beautiful pool, tables, chairs, loungers, and a barbecue grill and griddle. Unit B suited our needs well. The neighborhood was private and quiet except for the construction of a house next door, which no one could have foreseen. It was close to shopping, grocery stores and recreational opportunities. ”

”It was easy to check in and communicate. The place looked brand new and was very clean. Location to downtown was good, neighborhood was ok. To park, you have to take one of the side streets and then there is an alley way that takes you behind the units to concrete parking pads (each pad is big enough for 2 cars). Pillows could be more supportive, but that would be my only note, otherwise I think it was good value and very clean.”

”Owner/manager was there to greet us and give initial tour. Home exactly as specified with large spacious rooms , updated appliances. Manager on site and immediately available when we weren’t sure about something or just had questions. Will definitely go back. Neighborhood extremely quiet and all homes in area kept up nicely. ”
