I booked this place last minute, for five nights, and got a quick response from Janet the property manager. She was fantastic, and answered every question I had with ease. ”This VRBO is wonderful. Completely remodeled and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Honestly the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever used! We loved how quiet the location was. The street is so quiet and peaceful. The location is fabulous. Less than 10 minutes to the beach and just minutes away from shops and restaurants. It was just perfect for our needs and we will absolutely stay here again in the near future.”

”The unit I stayed in, was perfect in every way for me. I needed a time out, for a few days, in a beautiful setting, and my expectations, were met. The location, is perfect, I felt very comfortable, ordering food, or driving to pick something up. Everything, from the beach, shops, food, etc, is nearby. Noise was non-existent, neighbors seemed friendly. The unit was very up to date, and clean. I made use of the laundry unit provided, and couldn't find anything, that wasn't as described. I found...

”The location proximity to the beach was perfect. You can see the gulf from your lanai. Owners of other units were very friendly, and the beach was never crowded. The unit was well supplied and had extra blankets/sheets, bath/hand towels and washcloths. We hope to stay again soon.”

”Starfish Stays accommodated my husband and myself comfortably. Couch & tv for him to watch his news and read his paper. Chair outside by door for me to sip coffee. Bed was comfortable! Bathroom was just right. Loved using my phone to lock & unlock door. Easy walk across street to access beach. Appreciated having coffee available to get through our first morning upon arrival! I highly encourage others to consider Starfish Stays at Manasota Key.”

”Even though beach access was a short walk 8 houses down it’s all private beach. The closest place to set up is Stump pass (which is also close) but if you get there after 7am there is no parking and you have to drive north to Blind Pass Beach. Overall was a great trip and would probably stay again. ”

”Great location. Was clean and comfortable. The only recommendation for improvement would be to get some new pillows. They were very worn and flat. Also, blackout curtains in the bedroom would be wonderful as the red safety-porch lighting wasn’t blocked by the blinds. Definitely a great value though. ”
