”This is a no frills hotel. If you want a clean and quiet place to rest and shower this is the place.”

”Room was very spacious with sofa and armchair. Small kitchen was good. Beds little bit too hard for me. Stunning view. Very nice place! Breakfast basic, but it was complimentary. Easy parking. (Lift to the room from garage.) Front desk staff ok, not so friendly but ok. Would recommend! ”

”The building’s sound insulation was extremely poor. We stayed on the first floor, and whenever people walked on the second floor, it sounded as if they were walking inside our room. We were unable to sleep that night because of the noise. Additionally, whenever they used the bathroom, it sounded like water was pouring directly into our room.”

”We used to regularly stay at this hotel over the years however this was our last stay. The hotel is aged and in need of updating. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. There was smoking in a nearby room each night. The a/c did not cool below 73 making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The price was higher than I would have preferred to pay for the condition of the hotel. Tenafly is a beautiful borough to visit. I highly recommend visiting the town but not this hotel.”

”The room was clean and spacious enough to move a stroller around. The staff at the Bar and the conceirge we extremely kind, and helpful and provided top tier reccomendations for local entertainment and food options. The pool was unfortunately still closed. Property was clean overall and easily found from the bus and subway stations, within walkable distance to the Apollo and lcoal shops.”

”My husband and I stay here overnight. I have to say the customer service was excellent. The cleanliness of the room was perfect. The set up of the room was perfect. The ambience when you walk into the hotel is a good vibe the bed was so comfortable and the shower was awesome we had a great day the only thing missing was that there was no iron to iron your clothes and Parking was extremely hard other than that. I think we had an excellent day.”

”Nasty odor. Rooms were dirty the floors were gross. Dirty bathroom with rust. Hallway was dark and smelt like smoke/ hella perfume to cover the smoke smell. Overpriced price where meadowlands is cheaper and way more upscale. Never in our life's had we have to switch hotels due to false advertisement. This place is disgusting and needs to be shut down. We want a refund . We did not stay here!!!”
