When we arrived at the hotel, we had a lovely warm welcome from the people in reception. We went to our room and pulled back the covers and there were lots of either dog hairs or pubic hairs on the underside of the covers, they hadnt been changed. The staff coyldnt have been morr apologetic and moved ...
