”Vietimme kaksi mukavaa päivää hotellissa. Huoneensa meillä oli Junior Sviitti josta oli mielettömät näköalat kylään ja vuorille! Huoneessa ei ollut lämmitystä joten yöt olivat todella kylmiä. Saapuessa oli lisäksi ilmastointi täysillä joten sen sammuttamisen jälkeen ei huone lämmennyt helpolla. Valitettavasti se vaikutti viihtyisyyteen. Palvelu hotellissa ja ravintolassa oli todella hyvää ja aamiainen oli maukas. ”

”No amenities. No tissues, no wash cloths, had to ask for soap. There was no elevator. No restaurant. Free breakfast was only continental. Very limited bar and only upon request. All personal left the property at 7:30, doors were locked so only way to enter the hotel was with a key. Each room had only one key. Check-in was decent but it was down hill from there. Staff was not friendly and any request was treated as a chore. The view was great but everything else was way below standard.”

”We had a lovely stay at The Edition Lake Como. The property being brand new was a definite plus in terms of the setting. Restaurants on property were solid but definitely the best was Cetino. Staff support is very inconsistent, some were amazing like the front desk team and Vasi at the Pool! Seems like they are still figuring out communication and process in the early days of being open. I will say the hotel lacked a bit of the Italian charm that we typically look for when traveling in Italy, so...

The property has an incredible location and beautiful views of Lake Como, but the hotel itself feels very dated and in need of significant renovation. ”Location is excellent next to Como-lake, we had a great view over the lake with balcony which was a big bonus. We really liked to breakfast arrangements and friendly atmosphere. The room was large enough and clean. Bathroom was larger than they normally are. Though quite old hotel it was well kept. ”
