”The elevator did not work for our entire stay (eight nights). We were housed on the top floor. It was inconvenient. Guest services (personnel) were very kind and helpful. The hotel is located in an area with nearby (walkable) restaurants, coffee shops, grocers and movie theater.”

”The hotel seems to be in somewhat of a decline for cleanliness and maintenance. They charged a $12 parking fee which they have not done on previous visits. The room was one of the smallest rooms I've ever experienced. There was no microwave or refrigerator. There were two bottles of water on the desk with $3 price tags on them. I requested synthetic pillows and cover (my husband is allergic to down) and was told it would be changed and when it wasn't, I went down to the desk to ask again. ...

”Spacious and comfortable rooms! As it's not on some descriptions, the rooms that aren't rooms with full kitchens still do get those double-sized minifridges. Their 'basic' rooms are better than many hotels upgraded rooms! The Lobby is very well kept. Location is quiet and right off the highway. Very engaging and attentive staff! First time at a Sonesta; Sonesta, get ready for all my friends and family :).”

”We had a nice breakfast. The staff was excellent, and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The whole facilities were clean and nicely decorated. Very nice place to stay. ”

”Clean room but small space and very dated. If you don’t need stove and a full size refrigerator, which occupy too much space in the room, look elsewhere. Low ceiling makes the room look pretty cramped. Not worth my $200. Below average breakfast. Only good thing there was front desk staff and special shout out to Miriam. Thank you for being so nice. ”
