”Really disappointed in our stay. A large room that had a queen bed in this-consistent with my booking, but a bizarre choice for the overall size of the room. The housekeeping staff evidently are confused about how to make a bed; they confused the mattress pad with the comforter-using a mattress pad as a cover was an odd first experience for me. Further, the staff weren't around to clean except for when we happened to be in the room. Staff were nice, but lots of other better choices in OP....

”We were very satisfied with our stay. Erin was very pleasant when checking us in. It’s an older hotel but it appeared that it’s been updated. It’s in a quiet location with several good food options within a short driving distance. Would stay there again if we’re ever back in the Kansas City area.”

”Stayed with the kids and wife for a sports weekend. Always have a good experience at any Hyatt Place. Staff was great, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms were pretty much soundproof. There were many other families with young children and you could not hear them moving about. So definitely a family friendly place to stay. Convenient. We ended up having to take a child to the ER and the children’s hospital was right down the road! That made me feel comfortable. Anyways, definitely...

”The breakfast was decent, friendly breakfast attendant. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was clean, the beds were not comfy and the mattress under the sheets was extremely dirty. Pool area was okay, water was cold and there were no towels. Overall decent stay for the price. Probably wouldn’t stay again just because of how uncomfortable the beds were.”
