We had no issues during our stay and really appreciated the cleanliness of the room as well as the very convenient location. We got upgraded to the suit with Acropolis view. Only thing in the suit is that the bathroom door is glass and there's no curtain on the bathroom window, so it was light in the room early in the morning but we mentioned it at the reception and they said they'll look into it.

”Good spot with lots of shops and restaurants right next to you, but the downside is that it is VERY noisy through the night, and soundproofing with the windows are so poor, that it almost sounds that you are sleeping in the street with all the noise(on the first floor at least where we stayed).”
"The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, but for a five-star hotel, we expected a bit more — especially fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Our room was on the fifth floor, just below the rooftop terrace on the sixth floor, which stayed open until 1:00 AM. Unfortunately, the noise from upstairs carried into our room quite clearly, and it sounded like furniture was being moved around constantly. Thankfully, we had earplugs, which helped us get some sleep since we had an early start the next morning.
The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the hotel's common areas were luxurious and beautifully designed. However, the room itself could use a bit of a refresh, especially when it comes to surface finishes.
The location is excellent — within walking distance of the main attractions, shops, and restaurants."
