The room came with plugs. I wish I would’ve known and I would’ve switch rooms. The noise didn’t stop until three in the morning. The people are nice the breakfast is nice, but communication is an issue.
My bags didn’t make it from the airport, so they came on a later flight, I told the baggage company that I would be checking out late and when I arrived at the hotel, I told the hotel the same. The gentleman who checked me and said no problem you can even have a late check out at 12 o’clock. I said no issue they’re going to bring the bag at 9 am. At 9:30 I went downstairs to get my bags only to find out that the person working at the front desk received a call from the baggage company at the airport and he told them that I was checking out early. As a result, I had to spend €100 on taxis going to the airport and back.
I will not recommend this hotel and I stay in five star hotels in over 20 countries every year.… very disappointed I was expecting much more. I will never stay here again.
