”My family and i spent a lovely weekend at this hotel. Thanks for the lovely hospitality to the executive lounge attendants Nia, Maisie and Lucy. The location of this hotel is superb. One thing i enjoy less is that even though i booked for three persons, the lounge access was restricted to two persons only. I hope the hotel would review this policy soon. Another thing is the lack of supervision on the Ground Floor, as there were events on their conference room floors. However, the reception for...
