I liked the spacious rooms, the shampoo and soap smels delicious! Breakfast was awesome with lots of choices. Coffee 24 hrs a day was just perfect in the rainy weather. Only thing was we asked for popcorn in our childrens room because they did'n get any, and in the 2 nights we stayed, it was never fulfilled.

Sehr sauber Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr große Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr zentral gelegen. Ab jetzt nur noch dieses Hotel wenn wir wieder in Essen sind.

Das Personal ist überaus zuvorkommend und nett. Wir haben uns stets wohl gefühlt. Als wir Probleme mit unserem Auto hatten war die Rezeption total nett und hat uns unterstützt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ruhig, das Frühstücksbuffet lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Hotel insgesamt ist eine runde Sache, gerne wieder.

Uitmuntend! Mooi hotel, netjes verzorgd, goed uitgebreid ontbijt, kamer met eigen kook gelegenheid magnetron en normale koelkast. Geen bad maar wel een fijne douche. De kamers zijn goed geïsoleerd dus geen overlast van andere gasten.

Great hotel and Location to the City
I have stayed here for the past three years while I work on a trade show. We always stay for 9 nights so quite a long stay. This year was the first time I was disappointed as I had no TV for my whole stay as they couldnt fix it. I had to ask for the shower gel and toilet paper to be replenished as was not left on one of the morning cleans.Just small points but make quite a bit of difference. That said the staff are always friendly and the rooms are bigger than most so it works for our stay. We will be back next February and hope I can get a corner room this time.

Neat hotel in the center of Essen. Unfortunately, very long waiting time at check-in. Room was good, but quite pricey for what you get. Breakfast okay.

Inchecken ging zonder problemen en kregen netjes uitleg waar we konden parkeren. Personeel erg aaedig en hotel zag er schoon en mooi uit. De kamers zagen er fanatstisch uit. Ruim en schoon en netjes. Groot boxspring en een lekker liggende bedbank voor mijn zoontje. Dit hotel is echt voor herhaling vatbaar.

Fantastisch hotel in het centrum van Essen, wij waren hier voor de kerstmarkten. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, brandschone kamer en totaal niet gehorig. Ontbijt was ook echt geweldig, ruime keuze in alles. Personeel heel vriendelijk ook. Wij hadden vooraf gereserveerd voor de parkeergarage tegenover het hotel (Q-Park Gildehof) en betaalden €6,- voor twee dgn. Tot volgend jaar :D
