Check in staff was not pleasant and we had to wait almost half an hour longer than we were told for our room to be ready. Check in is at 4pm and we didnt get our room until 430. Room had a beautiful view and was pretty clean. Blackouts did not effect the power as they have an onsite generator. Our ...

Very nice property - enjoyable pools, good food and not too crowded. Good for families but lacks a hot tub, ( spa is coming I believe), and limited dining choices.

Everything was nice. A few misses overall with a couple daily cleaning of room that never happened as well as a couple food mishaps but overall very good.
