Check in staff was not pleasant and we had to wait almost half an hour longer than we were told for our room to be ready. Check in is at 4pm and we didnt get our room until 430. Very nice property - enjoyable pools, good food and not too crowded. Good for families but lacks a hot tub, ( spa is coming I believe), and limited dining choices.

I ended up in the same room I was in for Christmas. It was very clean and well stocked with towels and shampoos. Nice big screen tv and cold fridge and freezer.
