”Our stay at Penha Longa was absolutely lovely. The service and the hotel were top to the finest details. We enjoyed our holiday with our toddler and never felt this welcomed. It really warmed our hearts to see how everyone paid attention to our little one. The hotel is located in such a beautiful venue and there was plenty of activities to do, our favorites were the spa and buggy rides.

Area is green, peaceful and quiet, hotel is clean and we saw staff around taking good care of it, and how delightful it was to spot a beautiful cat or peacock relaxing in a courtyard at the sun. Breakfast room view is utterly breathtaking and breakfast itself ridiculously delicious and well-prepared just for you, what a way to start a day. Rooms are quite spacious (even the bathroom) and we hadn't had any problems to fit our stuff...

”Quinta Velha’s a gem tucked in Sintra’s hills, about a 10-minute walk from Pena Palace and the village center. It’s a small, upscale B&B on two hectares of forest, with a cool mix of old Portuguese charm and modern touches—think restored 1800s beams paired with sleek furniture. We stayed in one of the six suites, which felt cozy and private, like a boutique hideaway. The place was redone in 2019, so everything’s fresh but still has history.

Very friendly and helpful service. Breakfast was complimentary and amazing with local cheeses etc.”

”Hotelli oli aivan upea, romanttinen, ylellinen ja historiaa huokuva palatsi. Tämä palatsi oli samalla myös yksi Sintran nähtävyyksistä. Tässä hotellissa ei mitään jätetty sattuman varaan. Asiakkaat huomioitiin ensimmäisestä oven avauksesta viimeisiin hyvästeihin saakka tavalla, jota emme ole aiemmin kohdanneet muissa viiden tähden hotelleissa. Ilmapiiri oli todella lämmin ja aidosti välittävä. Asiakas tunsi todellakin olevansa kuningas ja kuningatar omassa palatsissaan. Äärimmäisen hieno kokemus...
