”A wonderful property to stay, we were upgraded to the presidential suite which was large with two bathrooms. Very nice old world charm. The food was a bit of a disappointment. Breakfast and service was not up to the standards of the room and cost. Breakfast was included but was limited and was served cold though the plate was very hot? We had dinner one evening it was expensive and the vegetables were cold but the meat was warm and delicious. We were the only guest and the service was slow...

”Cute little guesthouse, great place to discover the Southernmost point in Africa. Hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, even prior to our arrival. When we arrived they gave us a rundown of all major attractions and restaurants in the area. Small breakfast buffet and freshly prepared hot breakfast. Room was huge with plenty of space. Could not have been happier with our decision to stay here. ”

”Villa Rosa on hurmaava. Palvelu ja etenkin aamiainen olivat aivan omaa luokkaansa. Ainoa minus tulee huoneeseen kuuluneita äänistä. Talo on vanha ja ääni pääsee kulkemaan hyvin etenkin käytävästä huoneisiin. Meillä oli huone aivan portaikon vieressä, mutta onneksi muut vieraat olivat suurimmaksi osin hyvin rauhallisia.”

”Siisti ja viihtyisä majatalo hyvällä paikalla. Itse hotellirakennuksessa on 8 huonetta ja oma pieni uimalallas. Meidät majoitettiin kuitenkin viereiseen taloon, missä oli vain yksi huoneisto ja henkilökunnan tiloja. Meillä oli oma pieni uima-allas käytössämme ja auton sai parkkiin omalle lukitulle pihalle. Aamiais tilaus käytiin noutamassa, kun halusimme ja aamiainen tuotiin huoneeseen. Ystävällinen omistaja ja henkilökunta. Hyvä sijainti korttelin sivussa pääkadusta, jonka kulmassa todella kiva...

”This was out 3rd stay at Westlodge: 2014, 2019 and 2024. We keep coming back due to its quality. It's obviously under new management since our last visit. We were made to feel very welcome by the hosts. Breakfast was lovely and of good quality. If I could give 4.5 I would. I just feel the standard has slipped since our last visit.
