”This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this.”

”I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. ”

Location was ideal for accessing the Flat Iron district, and only 10 mins walk to Maddison Square and Penn Station.
There are 2 subway stations near by (23rd & 6th) and (23rd & 5th).
Re the hotel - clean, tidy and the staff were excellent from the min we walk in to the min we walk out.
Hotel room was a good size with good size bathroom, king size bed, refrigerator with Tea & Coffee maker, wall mounted TV and a/c.
Down side (and it is only small) only 1 seat in the room and the...

”We enjoyed the location of the hotel! The property felt safe and clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious. Some noise from the streets carried very clearly to the room (7th floor), so it interrupted the sleep on occasion. The advertised breakfast was a disappointment - it’s just a coffee and a sweet pastry, which we had to request separately when the front desk said it’s not included in our stay (what it was and luckily we had it stated on the reservation).”
