”Schwimmbad renovierungsbedürftig. Der Zimmerservice vergisst ab und zu, die Handtücher zu wechseln oder neues Wasser einzustellen. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind wunderschön. Das Restaurant ist gut und günstig. Das Personal und Service sehr nett und hilfsbereit.”

”The Great Pyrenees dog, Dalí, greeting me at my car wagging his tail and walked me to the door. The receptionist was efficient, funny and super helpful. The hotel arranged a great horse ride for me and recommended a fantastic hot springs. Aldo they washed and folded a load of laundry for me. The breakfast is huge and very good. The people are warm and laid back. The building and view of the lake are phenomenal. The bathrooms big and modern. The pool is pretty big it was winter so I didn’t swim...

”Hotel con pobre mantenimiento; las habitaciones no cuentan con calefacción; piscina temperada con bajo nivel de mantención (incluso peligrosa); nivel de atención del personal pobre, casi malo; problemas con el manejo de los horarios de desayuno; en fin , no volvería; lo único rescatable, la ubicación.”

”I didn't realize before the visit that the hotel is actually accompanied by a large casino, which brings a lot of traffic and activity to the area every evening. Finding a parking place could get a little tricky, but otherwise it didn't bother us in any way. Breakfast was excellent, but the supper not quite that superb. Service could have been more responsive. Nothing to complain about really though. Only downer is that the breakfast only started at 7am, which was a little late for me....
