”Overall, we were disappointed by the property. The home was dirty and not maintained very well. We suggest hiring a new cleaning service. Amenities were bare minimum. The home says it sleeps 10, but it sleeps 10 with a blowup mattress. On a positive note, the communication with the owner was very good. He was very responsive and quick to help if we had any issues.”

”Wonderful condo in very friendly neighborhood near a awesome park that is historic n popular Niche neighborhood with numerous restaurants cafes n that homie feel. Host was kind and available as needed for questions. The condo was spotless and amazing with a porch for chilling out . I would return. This is A plus”

”Excellent place at an excellent location! Easy to follow check in process and check out process.”

”Great location - walking distance to restaurants and Union Station. The parking spot was a bonus allowing us to leave our car there and walk to places. We only needed 1 bedroom but would be perfect for 2 couples or a family with kids. Kitchen seemed well equipped but we only used it for breakfast. Reserving was easy as Hunter responded immediately. The building and the unit is a little dated but all in all it served our needs and was very comfortable and convenient.”

”We had a really nice stay and an overall excellent day here. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!”

”We had such a great visit & this condo was the perfect place for us. We were there to see Supercross at Empower Field. The event was only 1 block away. We didn’t have to worry about parking or traffic afterwards. Great location, close to paved trails to run, bike or walk. Close by restaurants to walk to. Close to downtown. Condo was clean, beds were comfy, check in & out was easy. We’d stay there again.”

”Good spot and good location.”

”Great space. Several restaurants and bars walking distance. Short car ride to convention center/theater district.”

”Great place. Recommended. Better than hotel for sure.”

”The location is excellent - in a great neighborhood with lots of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Zuni street brewing is right next door with different food truck options every night. The apartment is bright with large windows and a deck with views of downtown.”

”The proximity to shops and excellent restaurants was a huge bonus. Didn't have to venture far to find memorable meals. The space was very well appointed and extremely clean. ”

”nearby brewery, close to restaurants, nice neighborhood”

”Great place overall! Just a bit of confusion with parking but otherwise no issues at all.”

”Great location. Great communication with host. Very clean.”

”It was a great experience.”

”Great place. We’ll stay here again. ”

”A great Denver downtown stay. Very clean with a comfortable bed and two extra roll away beds. There is a parking garage underneath that you can pay to park in. They didn’t let us know about needing to pay for until a few hours before check in but we paid and it was worth it. There are some restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again. The owner was extremely responsive to messages.”

”We have stayed at Espadin in Denver several times and have always enjoyed our stay overall. This last time was a disappointing in terms of the cleanliness and condition of the unit. There was hair in the sink and the shower in the bathroom and it looked like there was a quick cleaning pass over the rest of the unit. Also, the sheets on the bed and pillows were awful. Finally, the hoops I had to go through just to rent the unit were cumbersome to say the least, especially since we had already...
