”So, the host and the office was not there/open the entire week we were there. However!!! the staff that was present went above and beyond giving us everything we needed and helped us enjoy our stay greatly. ”This property was everything we wanted...although not on the beach, it was a short walk to the beach and chairs, umbrellas, coolers and wagons were provided to the beach. The pool area was very comfortable and clean. We like that there were only 6 units...each was unique and very clean. We stayed in "The Nook" which was perfect for our getaway.”

”It was a cute little side of house insulated garage/bedroom. It was too warm for my liking i like it cooler than 74, in Florida. Also great pics of the pool, but I suggest you make reservations before arrival . It’s only by appointment. Should be listed. Bathroom was soo hot. But very clean. Mattress was ok. Old and the sheets were very used. Again it was cute. Was concerned to use coffee maker. (Old). No regular coffee either. I just slept here. So didn’t need it for anything...

”Peaceful, loved listening to the cows and roosters in the early morning while sitting on the porch drinking our coffee.Daily visits from the dog’s were a plus. ”This place was wonderful! The host is quick to respond to any questions. Cleanliness excellent. The kitchen has anything and everything you could possibly need. We would highly recommend It. Also is a convenient location to the beaches and downtown Cape Coral. We lived in Fort Myers and Cape Coral before hurricane Ian so we were familiar with the area. ”The inside home was great. Furniture clean and new. Beds were comfortable. Pretty clean except for some mouse droppings in cabinets. Screened in porch furniture was nice but actual porch needs a good wipe down. Was pretty dirty. Pool at main house needs alot of help. Loungers mostly broken tiles missing, algae growin on grout in pool and black looking mold around edge. People at main house thought it was their private pool so that was awkward. Host very nice and quick to respond to...
