”Excellent cant say anymore than that... beautiful cottages that were furnished and kitted to the highest standard.. amazing views and ideally located between the Trossachs, Stirling and Glasgow... highly recommended ”

”The listing said there was a playground on site and there was no playground. This was the main reason I choose this place. The front step was broken, so almost tripped a few times. There were no garbage bags and on 1/10 of a roll of toilet paper (not enough for 4 days). When I called they said they’d bring some out and they never did. It smelled. The temperature in the shower when from cold to hot fast. Beds were not comfortable. ”

”Such a beautiful place with wonderful owners. Lovely atmosphere just looking beautiful nature around the cottage. Barry and Kathleen were always available and even helped me find a trustworthy mechanic for a small problem with my car. Would definitely book again.”

”Spacious and clean country home. Plenty of room for our whole family. The Walking trails were nice with a grocery store nearby but don't miss out on a delicious meal at The Clachan.”

”We comprised a group of 6 adults and 3 young children and this house was ideal. It has lots of space, big common areas and a fabulous kitchen for cooking in. The children loved the fact that there are two staircases! The bedrooms are plentiful and comfortable with nice bedding. There are plenty of bathrooms too. The house is tastefully decorated and furnished.Our vacation was in February 2025 so not great weather but that didn't spoil our trip; there are plenty of nearby activities. ...

”What an amazing property! Obviously, the views are incredible and the photographs in the listing, as good as they are, really don’t do it justice. The property is well distanced from other properties and feels private and well equipped for cooking at home. There are plenty of places to visit nearby but after touring all of both the east and west coast the best view is probably from the Heron cottage. After thinking long and hard about how to make this place even better, the only thing is to have...
