Asunnot – Etelä-Kalifornia

”Rakennus sijaitsi meren päällä, ei rannalla. Näin ollen huoneisto oli kostea ja yleisrannalle täytyi kulkea teitä pitkin. Asunto oli sisustettu kivasti, mutta keittiön astiat ja kalusteet likaisia. Meillä oli ongelmia ilmastoinnin kanssa. Asunto oli kylmä ja kostea, kun saavuimme. Kahvinkeitin ei toiminut. Lasten vuodetta ei ollut pedattu valmiiksi, vaikka olimme etukäteen kertoneet meitä olevan neljä. Reagoivat nopeasti palautteeseen. Hinta-laatu eivät kohdanneet.”

”Our stay at the Summerland Guest Studio was perfect. We were there to drop off our daughter at UCSB, and used it as a relaxing home base in between moving her in and shopping for supplies. We walked to breakfast and then down to the gorgeous beach one morning. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds are clean and comfortable! All in all, a great stay!”
