”Hostel was well-kept and the bathrooms and kitchen were always clean. The lockers in dorms could be bigger, I would’ve liked more space to lock things up. 6 bed dorm felt too small and crowded with everyone’s bags and suitcases on the floor. It was ok for a short stay but I wouldn’t choose it again. The hostel is good option if you want to be seaside, it’s only steps away from the beach. Just know that without car you need to be catching buses or Ubers to go anywhere in San Diego, it’s not...

”The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The dorms were cozyand the beds were surprisingly comfy. There’s a common area where you can hang out, cook, or just chill, which was very nice. In the future will pick bed by the window. Many different age groups from everywhere. Parking was convenient. Thanks for your kindness and hospitality Drew!”

”Nice and relaxed hostel in the city centre. Stayed here with a friend in March 2016. Staff was very friendly and helpful, location was perfect and rooms were ok too, though I guess they can be hot in the summer as there was no air conditioning. Only negative thing is the noise coming from sirens and the bar downstairs, but earplugs help!”

”It was comfortable and welcoming. The evening activity was karaoke and had a really welcoming and encouraging vibe. I enjoyed talking with the other guests from around the world. This hostel was mellow and I got a great night sleep. It was amazing to be able to walk to the beach! One downside is that you can’t park overnight in the Belmont lot across the street. I didn’t notice the signs and paid a hefty towing fee. My own fault. ”
