”I absolutely liked everything. Room was large and very clean, quiet nice airconditioning, large windows, espresso machine, fridge as option. Roof top pool was so nice with the views to the city line. Staff was very very friendly, especially Adrienne the concierge . They have complimentary Cadillac service, you can test the cars. This was one of the brst hotels I have stayed! Outstanding experience”

”A perfect gem close to the Universal studios. Retro vibe but in a classy way and the hotel is completely remodelled. A great pool area with a bar, a very nice gym and guest laundry. Breakfast at the restaurant was great, and dinner was also good. A lot of traffic on the nearby streets and there might be a fire station close by judging by the frequency of fire trucks speeding by with sirens on, so maybe not the best place for those wanting perfect silence. A complimentary trolley to Universal...

”Our suite was beautiful and spacious. We hosted our friends in it every day and there was so much space. The decor is so festive and fun. The staff was very helpful and the valet guys were helpful. We had a nice time. Feedback: The shower water was not hot, and the shower leaked water all over the floor every time someone showered. Full length mirrors or more mirrors would be nice for multiple people being able to get ready at once. There were randoms wandering the floors and all restaurants...
