”Jim was a great host, and met us in person to show us the unit. We have stayed in Capri by the Sea before, but this unit was one of the better ones. Floor to ceiling windows, great views, and in good condition. We would stay here again when we come back to San Diego”

”Lovely property with deck overlooking the ocean. Sit and watch the pelicans glide by. Easy walk to Ocean beach restaurants, shops and of course the beach. Access down to tide pools just a block away. Great that the place has its own parking space. Very well maintained. Host gave great instructions. Highly recommend!”

”Loved the large balcony. Gorgeous views. Great location. We walked to the pier a lot. Was pleasantly surprised by the layout and size. The photos make it look smaller. The couches and the beds were very comfortable. We boogie boarded and played games on the beach when the tide was low. The layout of the master bedroom shower was unique. When it was high tide, the sound of the ocean was somewhat loud with the water rushing over the small rocks each time the water receded out…but we got used to...

”Everything about our stay was perfect. The location. The rooms, the kitchen, the view! It was just a beautiful home. The bunk beds allowed for my 3 teens to share a room but not share a bed. The closeness to the beach allowed for easy access back and forth to the beach. Loved that it was so close to all the restaurants and shops. I would stay here again f we came back to san diego. The owner has a great manual for any questions/ recommendations for places to go. But really I would just recommend...

”The condo was very clean and well kept. We stayed here last week, my family and two others. 4 children in total ages 1-4. It worked well for us. Would definitely stay here again. Parking is a big plus even though one of the spaces is a little tight. Makaela was awesome and always very responsive to communications when I reached out to her.”

”Beach bungalow was in a great location, steps away from restaurants and beach! They provided beach equipment which was great. Owner was very attentive and easy to get a hold of. Parking was perfect. We loved our mini vacation and would definitely stay here again!!”

”Really nice place on Mission Bay. Peaceful and quiet mornings on the balcony watching the sunrise. Lots of water activity (sailboats, kayaks, paddle boarders) throughout the day. Close to great restaurants, coffee, bars, the beach. The townhouse is nicely appointed and well stocked. Two parking spots were key. Never needed to move the car, everything within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!”

”My adult daughter and I enjoyed our stay and found the apartment very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped from cutlery to bowls and pans. The bathroom was spotless and the shampoo and soap was not bargain basement products. Although we didn’t need the beach toys/chair, they appeared to be in great condition. There was even sunscreen in the closet. The building is very secure so be sure to keep track for the keys!”

”We found our stay at Marbella very enjoyable. Our king corner unit had a great view of the ocean and pier. The sound of the waves in the evening was very relaxing. We did yoga on the patio one day which was great. The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side but comfortable. The location is great. Highly recommend this place. ”

”The convenience to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops is great, the room was clean and comfortable. The Coaster Train was loud from our room but you get used to it. 2 fire pits and 2 outdoor fireplaces were out of order and we were looking forward to that amenity. The bikes could use some service, rusted. The jacuzzi needed to be cleaned. The grounds and seating areas were pretty. It can be difficult to find an open parking spot. Overall good stay.”
