”We enjoyed our stay of 4 nights. The hotel was great, staff were nice and helpful. We had to wait for our room quite a while even though we arrived somewhere near 15.30, so that was dull. After that all went well and the room was spacious and clean. Something that I left missing was some more drinks or else in the fridge, only a one tiny water bottle was offered daily, tap water tasted bad and the fridge was not even cold enough (and smelled like smoked salmon). 😄”

”Second stay at The Windmill and will visit again. Tidy nice rooms with proper bathroom. Lovely beds. It is an old building with narrow staircases but lovely british interior with an old hoteldog Max. Haven't tried the pub cuisine. The pub is crowded and noicy and it may bother some of the rooms, I think, but not us. There are many good restaurants near by in Clapham Common.”

”Amazing hotel, really clean, every member of staff was incredibly friendly. Unbelievably convenient for the O2. Great to arrive on a boat up the Thames too! Only slight downside was checking in. Granted I was extremely tired and a bit grumpy having walked around London all day but I found the receptionist asking too many questions re "signing up" for something and asking if I wanted to book for breakfast at £32 a head ! Definitely staying there again for any event at the O2 though.”

”The Novotel concept is on point at the Novotel Blackfriars - and I mean that in a good way! Kind service, plenty of choices at breakfast and of course, a clean and functioning (big!) room topped with a gorgeous view of the Shard was a pleasant surprise as in London you really have to be prepared for anything.”

”Olimme tilanneet huoneen kolmelle. Vuodesohvan petaaminen ja pyyhkeen saaminen kolmannelle kesti yli kaksi tuntia ja jouduimme huomauttamaan kahdesti. Spa oli huono sauna ei toiminut allas pieni. Sijainti on hyvä ja siisteys oli hyvä.Voisin kaikesta huolimatta yöpyä hotellissa uudestaan”
