”Juuri oikea hotelli perusyöpymiseen, hinta/laatu-suhde erittäin hyvä. Matka rautatieasemalle ja kauppoihin sopiva, lenkkeilyä varten puisto ihan vieressä. Aamupala voisi olla runsaampi. ”

”Hotellin sijainti oli minulle sopiva. Huone oli siisti mutta pieni kahden hengen huoneeksi. Ikkunat oli kadun puolella joten liikenteen meteli kuuluu. Huoneessa on siisti kokolattiamatto mutta en tiedä johtuuko siitä hiukan tunkkainen haju. Kylpyhuone oli myös siisti ja juuri uusittu. Suihkussa on vain yläosa josta vesi tulee ja se on pienessä tilassa vähän hankala veden lämpötilan säätämiseen: ennen suihkukoppiin menoa täytyy yrittää samalla pitää kopin ovet kiinni ettei koko wc kastu ja...

”Staff was extremely helpful for checking in, last minute booked and was able to call them at any point and get help. The room was modern and extremely clean. The location is right by the bus stop and the rooms were quiet. Great for a solo traveller would rebook again.”

”Booked last minute service was good and prompt as arrived late. The was small but livable. The room smelt of sewage. In the bathroom they had painted over the mould. It was unclean with evidence of cockroaches. The room was facing London Rd in Norbury not Streatham as it says on the advert and was very noisy. The blinds filtered no light. The fan was old and essentially useless. I left to go stay in my car ”

”We had a nice stay for 2 nights. The room was clean, friendly staff and great korean restaurant. It´s a central location and just few minutes walk to Elephant&Castle station. We can recommend the hotel! ”

”Absolutely terrible booking. There was no communication from the owner about check in details. Had to ring someone in Pakistan just to let them know that I had booked who then passed me on to some third party management company who then also had no idea of our booking. Then received emails to check to some different property after our check out time. ”

I asked for a light cleaning, which he quickly arranged, but I didn't see much change Also they gave me a different address to where I had originally booked my accommodation. It cost me a little extra money as I was on my way there in a taxi. The picture that was propped up on the wall while I was sleeping also fell down and was very dangerous. They tried to accommodate my needs, but I felt it was never enough”

”Did not receive the key code. Tried to call (says 24 hours in advance!?) but no reply. Funny that, could still book the rooms in the same area with them at 8pm on the same night! How does that work? Had to drive home 2 hours in the rain, tired, and cancel my plans with my son for the next day. Won't be using Expedia again. My son aslo said the room had 1 star, stock photos and mould! ”

We called and we sent messages upon arrival. There was no response. We ended up booking another hotel urgently. I think they forgot to pull it off the site. Kun menimme hyoneseen niin vastassa oli järkyttävä haju josta vastaanotossa ei tuenyt ja eikä hirveesti tehneet asialle myöskään mitään. Seuraavana päivänä miehet rulivat korjanaan vessan ja se kesti 3asti iltapäivälle niin että emmä voineet löhtee mihinkään enen kun miehet lähtevät pois. Vessassa ei tullut länmintä vettä. Huoneet olivat hyonossa kunnossa. Sängyt olivat pienet kahdelle henkilölle ja huoneet olivat illalla...
