”This was my family's first time staying at a casino resort. It certainly had plenty of entertainment options and the room was fine for our needs. Once we figured out how things worked, the food options were fine and the breakfast buffet was really good. The main deterrent for me was the convoluted system for doing anything and the fact that you had to keep going through the casino. ”Breakfast had many of options. They also offered free snacks and beverages both early evenings. The fitness machines could use some mantanance.”

”We booked a room with two queen beds, but upon arrival we were informed that no such rooms were available. The staff programmed our key cards twice. The first set of keys did not work at all when scanned at the door. The second set showed a red light, and we then discovered that the room had already been assigned to other guests. The staff switched us to a room with one king bed instead. Unfortunately, the sofa bed mattress was excessively soft, making it uncomfortable to sleep on, and there...

”Room was clean and ready at time of check in. We also needed to extend our stay an additional day and they couldn’t give us the same room but did give us a better room at same price as before.”

”Rooms were large, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was normal hotel quality and opened early. Plenty of parking, even with a boat. The hotel was completely full do to a kids baseball tournament. The room we were assigned was next to pool so sleep was optional. The only down side.”
