”The room was in ill repair. The one sink didn’t drain and the other had the stopper stuck. The balance over the door to the outside was not attached on one side. There was a bag of trash outside our door to the grassy area. The chairs for the porch were broken. The keys cards to the door c kept not working. The type of person staying at the hotel were one step short of skid row. The hallways smelled like marijuana.”

”10/10 stay, I’ve stayed in some pretty nice places in Duluth this was by far the BEST. This is great for a couple or families, there’s something for everyone. Breakfast was incredible as well.”

”The rooms were supposedly non-smoking but had a stale smoke smell, especially on the third floor. There was no screen on our window even though we were able to open the window. There were loose tiles on the bathroom floor, so we needed to be careful not to injure ourselves. The light in the elevator area was out during our stay and others mentioned it had been out all weekend. Then there was the pool area; the chlorine and other chemicals were so strong I could not stand being in the pool area...
