”Good communication. Easy directions for late night arrival. Room was big enough for 2. Adequate kitchen supplies. Nice Mountain View from 20th floor. Property is older and not remodeled but for the price it was very good. Clean, no bugs. Wall AC is only in the living room but there was a pedestal fan. Free parking a big plus. Always managed to find a spot if I went up to the 4th floor. Office has free beach gear you can borrow like chairs or floats, stuff people left behind. I would definitely...

”The location was perfect and the room was as advertised. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance. The view was great, capturing both Diamond Head and the ocean. Yes, as others have noted in other reviews there was some noise from the road, but that is to be expected in Waikiki at night. The elevators were about the fastest I have ever used and that was big plus. We would happily choose to stay here again on a return trip.”

”The room was very nice. Just a warning that this is directly above a bar with quite the nightlife. The balcony is right above the bars open wall. Fun but can be loud at night. I used my sound machine and was fine. Perfect location. So close to the beach and everything Waikiki has to offer. ”
