”Everything looked great and we had a good time. I found access to the parking garage was difficult as there was only one way in on Glengarry street. Once i got inside waiting for the elevator there was no signage directing us to the lobby. When we finally got to the lobby then to our room it was like a maze. Once we got use to how we could get from our room to the parking garage and back everything went smoothly. Hope this helps”

”Two bedrooms, tv in both bedrooms, storage for clothes, nice bathroom and shower, clean sheets and towels. Possibility to laundry and dryer 2,30 CAD. If you don't have car still easy connections with bus using Presto-card. Very friendly staff and cleaning personal. Best part was good beds and good aircondition with dark curtains. Good safe area with shops, restaurants, mall nearby.”

”I want to express my disappointment with the condition of the room I was assigned during my recent stay. The experience was so upsetting that my wife and I decided to check out immediately, cancel our trip, and drive all the way back to Welland from Barrie. When we entered the room, we noticed several issues: 1) The bathroom hand wash basin was cracked. 2) The toilet had not been properly cleaned. 3) The shower head was covered with white/ red particles, which appeared to be mineral buildup or...

”Hyvin toimiva hotelli mukavalla henkilökunnalla. Vastaanotto aulasta oli suora pääsy ravintolaan, pikkutarvikekauppaan ja pubiin. Ravintolassa oli toimiva pankkiautomaatti. Lentokenttäkuljetukset hoituivat sujuvasti. Kaikki mitä matkustava ihminen tarvitsee oli saatavilla ja toimivia.”

”Beautiful property with lovely history. One thing to be mindful of with a historic building is the layout, stairs, and walking involved to get to rooms. Our room was very clean and the temperature was just right. The grounds are beautiful with plenty of outdoor space to walk around and explore. It is a bit of a hike to get to rooms on floors 4-6. If you can’t do stairs, request a room on floors 1-3. Overall a lovely place to visit.”
