”Overall my stay was nice. Especially because it was during the off season.
The pros of my vacation where:
-They remembered an incident that happened 10 years ago, and I got a complementary room upgrade.
-Sharm the manager really made me feel like he cared, even Calling me Mr. Chris when I walked by.
-One service worker with a amazing mustache gave us water bottles to go biking. I wish I knew his name.
My only complaints are:
The pool cues desperately need to be replaced.

”Toivoimme rauhallista huonetta ylemmistä kerroksista ja saimme sen, kiitos. Pääkatujen puoleisiin alempiin kerroksiin emme menisi. Hotellin sijainti rauhallisessa ympäristössä miellytti. Illallakin oli rauhallista liikkua. Lähistöllä on runsaasti hyviä ravintoloita ja kauppoja sekä komea museo ROM. Palvelu on ystävällistä ja asiallista. Sisustus on jo hieman vanhaa, mutta ilmeisen laadukasta, jota ei niin usein tarvitsekaan uusia. Menemme mielellämme uudestaan.”

”I had to take one star off, which was a shame because this place was phenomenal from the staff to the facility to the amenities – it was first class all the way, except… For the bed.
That had to be one of the worst sleeps in the most uncomfortable mattress I have had in a hotel in a very long time!
I actually wanted to get up in the middle night and go sleep in the beautiful hammock because I had a better nap in the afternoon than I did in that bed hard as a rock.
