”This is a real gem. A tranquil oasis after a long day on the road. Absolutely charming lodgings surrounded by lovely gardens, as well as a koi pond, hot tub and pool fed by mineral springs. There's even a fire pit and a wine garden. When we arrived we relaxed in the tea room with complimentary treats: a choice of teas, scones ( the best) and butter cookies and strawberries. I really appreciated the thoughtful amenities in the room as well. There is a large soaker tub to enjoy the mineral baths...

”I love to stay at the hotel every time I travel between Seattle and LA. The staff is very pleasant and helpful (in fact, I turned to my daughter as told her I felt I was in Canada everyone was so nice). An extra plus that others may not find very exciting, but there were three different coffee mug sizes to chose from at breakfast. I loved that minor touch. Will continue to come here and future trips.”

”The property was very nice outside with the planters and everything outside was very clean and nice. The only problem was the floors in the room were not very clean. My wife was walking around in her socks and the bottoms of her white socks were black from the floors. Did not impress her.”

”We had a lovely stay at this very charming hotel. Our room with 2 queens was really spacious and clean. Traditional decor, comfortable and crisp white bedding, great shower water pressure are all a plus. Only suggestion is to improve the lighting in the bathroom, as it was a bit dark. Also wish the hot tub had been opened. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast and outdoor dining patio. Free parking. Excellent location in beautiful downtown Ashland and walkable to everything. Will...

”Our non-smoking room was in need of repair with peeling paints/molded bathroom. Both queen beds had strong smoking odor. 3 out of 4 times that we came out of the room, we ran into smokers congregating in the parking lot a few feet from our door.”
