”Upon checking in and getting a first floor room and realizing it was directly at the foot of the stairs, I requested a room change for the second floor. They said that they were limited to a certain amount of room changes a month so this was not possible. I've never heard of such a thing? The cleanliness of the rooms was atrocious.
